Founded in 2016, Clarity is an annual design systems conference. The problem was, their own brand didn’t have a design system. So Baby Grand stepped in to revamp the brand and create a new language of visual elements around it.
Before building a full design system, we first freshened up the core of Clarity’s brand, their logo. With a tighter and more welcoming identity, we topped it off with a system of brand elements that can be applied across web, social, print, and physical collateral for their conference. The system includes patterns, secondary marks, web elements, animations, and design templates. To put it into practice, we applied the new brand and design system to the Clarity website, just in time to promote their upcoming conference.
